So so much better than and versatile than those yoga ring type wheels ...
So so much better than and versatile than those yoga ring type wheels with the hollow insides. I have had the pleasure of meeting Austin, the amazing creator of this wheel, at my Massage therapists office and I myself am a massage therapist and nurse and I have to say this is the best creation for stretching and yoga support that I have come across in a while. I have both the 15 inch and the 12 inch one and I use them all the time and tell all my clients about it as well. I use it every day and keep the larger one in my practice. It doubles as a stool to get to my clients when I need extra height...It's amazing and every household should have one of these.

Excellent!! & Just what I was looking for!
I’ve had a regular yoga wheel but spine protrusions made it uncomfortable to roll on it & do back bend stretches. I kept thinking there must be a yoga wheel that accommodates the spine and is not so hard on bones, so went looking. THIS is Perfect! And.... it is NOT sitting in the corner collecting dust. I’m in my late 60’s and want to get and keep my spine more limber. I’m about 5’3” —got the 12 in wheel. Am online now thinking I will add the larger wheel for trying more stuff and deeper back bends. Everyone is different, but I’d totally recommend this for anyone interested in this type of stretching and exercise. (I just ordered the 15” wheel but haven’t received yet.)

Helps A lot
I do enjoy this wheel. I haven't really tried any if the stretches in the booklet other than just rolling while on my back. It does really stretch you out and I can tell it helps after a long day at the office sitting at a computer. I'll continue to use this in between my massage sessions. Good value for price. Also very sturdy, I don't worry about this breaking while I'm in a compromising position because it's completely solid unlike other stretching wheels that don't have any supporting material in the middle

The only multipurpose yoga wheel that I have found!
It is sturdy enough to be used as a yoga block AND a yoga wheel. I bought the smallest size because I am under 5 ft. tall and I figured I wouldn't need the larger size to improve my flexibility. I use it almost daily to promote flexibility and to help sore muscles. I was really glad that the wheel came with a sheet of example poses/exercises to do, as well. Great product!
UPDATE: Just bought the 12-inch rainbow body wheel and it's even more colorful than I expected it to be.

The best thing since sliced peaches...
I've had 3 shoulder surgeries and thought id never be able to do a backbend again... and what i do causes me to roll forward all-day, closing up my shoulders and chest... This has made it possible to get into that open position, not up like in the big wheel position, but a small wheel. and it's supportive! I travel a lot for work and gladly give up room in my carry on suitcase to take it EVERYWHERE I go! do yourself a favor and just buy it, your back will love you for it!

Life Changing
I love this product. I spend a lot of my day in a chair at my computer, and because of this, I was having upper back problems. Having to ask someone to pop my back was inconvenient; my wife is way too small to help me out with the pain-relieving pop. I looked at a number of similar products like the Chirp wheel and saw too many reviews of those other products breaking. Then I found this product. This product will not break. The channel on the wheel is great for aligning the spine on a upper back roll. The first time I used this I felt a beautiful series of popping like bubble wrap as my spine was massaged back into position. Instant relief. I would buy this product again in a heart beat. Just get it. I recommend the small one most , although I have both. You won't regret it. My wife and I have to fight each other for a turn to use it. Money well spent.

Helps minimize poor posture
I have ordered/recommended this for at least 20 physical therapy patients. It is the best and safest device for mobilizing the thoracic vertebra and counteracting an increased kyphosis (slouched posture). It also opens the chest while it reverses the bent forward posture we all have a tendency for. Foam rollers either open the chest (lying on it vertically) or bend the thoracics backward (lying on it horizontally) - this does both at the same time.
It is worth it to buy for just this one exercise - rolling on it between your shoulder blades for just a few minutes to counteract a days slouching. The instructions come with a bunch of silly uses.

15" Body Wheel
I'm new to yoga wheels so I tried the only whole body wheel to start with. It is very substancial and sturdy. I'm 60 and my back has been through alot so I'm slowly getting used to it. It rolls vert easily and likes to move by itself so use a yoga mat. The wheel doesn't hurt my back when I arch but I'm 5/7" and it feels high, so I probably should get more time with it. I might sit on it outside soon and try some weeding !

Best wheel ever made
By far the most versatile and comfortable yoga wheel, if you are going to invest money in a yoga wheel , you should invest it in this one . Wider surface makes it easy to roll on, you can hear your vertebra adjust with wash roll. Great for beginner or advance yogis working on back bends variations.

Highly recommended
I use this wheel at least a few times a week. I use it to roll my back ( in the way that you would use a foam roller) and work my way into a back bend. I have chronic low back pain and practice yoga consistently. This roller is sturdy, the material is smooth and supportive but not too stiff. The grooves on the sides provide a variety of options for holding the wheel to provide yourself with extra support while working into a back bend.

Yoga Wheel
After reading reviews on other wheels I decided to purchase this solid core yoga wheel, and it has been great! I don't see how the hollow yoga wheels could last with a persons body weight being rolled on it; this wheel is solid and feels secure when rolling on to stretch the back, which is the main purpose for me.

Great Stretch!
This is great! It helps stretch out my back which I tend to tighten up on my morning walk! I was a little hesitant at first! To start with I’m extremely flexible and probably shorter than your average user...(5’0”), and I wasn’t sure how well this would work! But as I said it works great!

Versatile. Grip pockets are somewhat shallow.
Size allows for deep stretches, multiple grip slots make the tool very versatile. Wish the grip pocket were deeper - my fingers can't grab firmly enough.

Falls apart
Foam layers peeled apart within a month. Could have been a great product.

Great tool
I'm with the physical therapist who noted the poses with the instruction manual were ridiculous. But as he also stated, it IS a useful accessory in yoga and physical therapy.
Not only do I use it when I'm having back spasms, I also use it instead of a yoga brick, to hold poses.
Sometimes I even use it as a little stool when I need to sit down before I fall down. :-D

I love this wheel!
I love this wheel. Other yoga wheels are too hard! This high density foam is so much more comfortable. It's very sturdy, don't worry! Feels so good to stretch through chest and arms.

Best of its kind.
Premium build quality, works great as designed. Also has a myriad uses beyond the intended one.

Good Purchase!
It is very sturdy and feels good to handle. It’s a good size for anyone. I’m 5’2 my bf is 6’3 and we both use it to roll out our back. I recommend. Good quality that seems to last

It is what it's supposed to be, does what it's supposed to do
I use it quite regularly to stretch my triceps at the armpit insertion point, more than anything.
I also practice my straddle / center splits with it. Just lay it on it's side, and use it to assist your pancake stretch until you're ready to got to the floor. It works well to pull on it, to pull yourself deeper into a straddle as well, it stays well put on carpet, while on its side.
Good product. I'd say it's much better than the other kinds out there, for general use. Great tool. Been using it a few years now, and haven't stopped.

Eh
Too hard, but works. Hurts, but pops my back. Should have splurged on the name brand ones.

Christmas gift
All good

Wonderful product!
Does exactly what is advertised! It also pops your back in areas as you use it as directed.
-
nice gripping feature
Wide, comfortable...like a foam roller, just firmer. Ideal size for my height, 5'11". While the width is an advantage, it tends to be soft on the edges creating instability when attempting new positions that require skill and strength. The ability to grip in the center is a big advantage over standard dharma wheels.

Very sturdy
Great sturdy wheel! It is nince and wide and perfect for lots of different stretches.

Hurt to use
Returned it because it was toooo hard to use

I can't use it.
I'm 5'2" and pretty limber, this is so tall I can't use it. It hurts my neck terribly. I think a smaller one might do a good job. I got this size because they mentioned in the material it was the best option for starting. Waste of money for me.
