The Body Wheel respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices — for this website and for our connected applications (including the Bodywheel Studio companion app).

What we collect

• Store data: when you purchase or create an account, Shopify processes your order, contact, and payment details on our behalf. We see what we need to fulfill your order.
• Connected social accounts: the Bodywheel Studio app connects to social platforms (such as TikTok) that an account owner has explicitly authorized. It receives basic profile information (display name, avatar) and access tokens used solely to publish content that the account owner initiates.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not post to any social account without that account owner's explicit authorization.
• We do not collect data from social platforms beyond what is needed to publish authorized content.

Data retention and deletion

Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by the account owner (for TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and websites). To request deletion of any data we hold, contact us through this site and we will honor it promptly.

Third parties

Shopify hosts this store; social platforms process the content we publish under their own policies. We share data with no other third parties.
